THE FINE PRINT: Guest guarantee (count) is due 72 hours prior to the event. The standard serving time is of two hours. Each additional hour is $250.00 - 50% deposit is required to secure the catering, balance is due prior to the event. Price is subject to change until the contract is signed. Changes to the menu will be billed accordingly. We provide acrylic disposable plates and utensils. China and linen napkin are available at $5 per person. Minimum 40 guests. Subject to Texas Tax and 21% gratuity. Truck charge will apply.
