A pioneer in the San Antonio restaurant scene, Blanca has been instrumental in elevating Mexican cuisine to new heights in the culinary world.
In 2024, she will be the Chair for the Texas Restaurant Association San Antonio chapter, as well as TRA PAC Board Vice Chair, TRA Board Advocacy Committee Vice Chair & a position on the TRA Executive Committee at the state level. She plans to utilize these positions to advocate for restaurant owners and employees alike & improve relations for all within the industry.

Delicious lunch with a great view! Went for Cinco de Mayo and enjoyed a refreshing margarita special. “The Works” fajitas has beef, chicken and shrimp and comes with rice, beans, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo and grated cheese. The pound was enough for two adults.

Time after time, this place continues to show why it has been here for so long. The excellent margaritas, food, and service show why Aldaco’s is setting the bar for restaurants in San Antonio and Texas. I love coming to this place to find an experimental drink or to be served a traditional dish that goes so well together. Aldaco’s is the place to be for good Mexicano food and drinks.
